Job Title: Senior Purchase

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Assistant to manage daily purchasing activities and coordinate with suppliers for timely material procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily purchase orders and material requirements.
- Contact suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate prices.
- Compare supplier rates and prepare purchase orders.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and stock details.
- Coordinate with stores, accounts, and other departments.

Requirements:

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
- experience person required
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in purchasing or procurement is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and bulk quantity requirements.
