About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee day-to-day site execution for our ongoing residential real estate project in Malad, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in managing high-rise RCC structures, ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Supervision: Manage end-to-end site activities including excavation, foundation, RCC structure casting, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works as per approved drawings.
- Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Conduct rigorous quality checks on incoming construction materials (steel, cement, aggregates) and executed work, maintaining slump tests, cube test registers, and inspection logs.
- Contractor & Labor Management: Supervise sub-contractors, petty contractors, and site labor forces to maximize daily productivity and site output.
- Billing & Measurements: Take joint measurements (JMR) with contractors, verify work bills, and prepare measurement sheets.
- Technical Coordination:



Coordinate seamlessly with architects, structural consultants, and project managers to resolve site roadblocks and design discrepancies promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to site safety protocols (PPE, scaffolding safety, hazard mitigation) to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), material stock reconciliation, and labor allocation logs.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or 3-year Diploma with equivalent senior execution experience).
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of core site execution experience in residential or commercial real estate projects within the Mumbai / MMR region.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in reading structural and architectural GFC drawings.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project scheduling tools.
- Sound understanding of local municipal norms and RMC supply chains.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, firm decision-making on site, and fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi to manage local contractors effectively.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
