Key Responsibilities

- Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily cleaning duties.
- Monitor the cleanliness of work areas, offices, washrooms, lounges, canteens, and other designated areas.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain housekeeping checklists.
- Monitor attendance, grooming, uniforms, and staff discipline.
- Ensure cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment are used and stored safely.
- Maintain housekeeping records, stock registers, and cleaning schedules.
- Coordinate with the Operations and HR teams to address housekeeping-related concerns.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Handle complaints promptly and ensure corrective action is taken.
- Ensure adequate manpower coverage across shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification:



Minimum 10th or 12th pass; a hospitality qualification is preferred.
- Experience: 2–4 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, airports, or facility management.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Valuable communication and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
