Job Summary

Apex Structure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced External Development Engineer to supervise and execute external development works at building construction sites, ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and cost control.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Execute external development works, including internal roads, pathways, parking areas, boundary walls, and landscaping.
- Supervise stormwater drainage, sewerage, water supply pipelines, and underground utility works.
- Check site levels, gradients, layouts, and measurements as per approved drawings.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and construction standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, store, purchase, and planning departments.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity calculations, measurement sheets,



and verify contractor bills.
- Monitor material consumption, control wastage, and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and resolve execution-related issues.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and QA/QC team for inspections, rectification, and final handover.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of external development and infrastructure works.
- Experience in roadwork, drainage, sewerage, and utility installation.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ, billing, and site measurements.
- Good contractor management, coordination, and reporting skills.
