Key Responsibilities:

- Be the main contact for customers on orders and projects.
- Handle queries and coordinate internally on drawings, technical issues, production status, inspections, deliveries, documentation, and site matters.
- Track pending approvals, site readiness, dispatches, and other dependencies — follow up until they’re closed.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively flag delays or bottlenecks to the right team or management.
- Work with accounts and sales on payment due dates; send reminders and track collections.
- Prepare short weekly updates for management and keep clear records of customer commitments and communications.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline; an engineering degree is not required.
- Fresh graduates may apply.
- Good spoken and written English is essential, including professional emails and telephone communication.
- Excellent follow-up skills, attention to detail, ownership and the ability to manage multiple open matters.
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp and basic office software.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
