Key responsibilities

· Review architectural layouts, partition plans, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, joinery details, finish schedules, BOQs and approved material samples.

· Set out and supervise partitions, blockwork where applicable, plastering, screeds, floor preparation, waterproofing, tiling, stone, painting, wall finishes, ceiling systems, doors, hardware and joinery installation.

· Check site dimensions, levels, plumb, alignment, floor flatness, ceiling levels, openings and interface conditions before starting each activity.

· Coordinate with MEP teams for concealed services, electrical boxes, floor boxes, sleeves, access panels, light fixtures, diffusers, sprinklers and detector locations before closing partitions and ceilings.

· Prepare daily work plans and coordinate manpower, tools, material availability and subcontractor deployment across work fronts.

· Verify that materials, finishes, colours, patterns and installation methods match approved submittals, samples and specifications.





· Arrange mock-ups and first-off inspections for critical finishes; obtain approvals before repetitive installation where required.

· Conduct routine quality checks for joints, edges, levels, alignment, finish consistency, sealants, hardware operation and protection of completed works.

· Track material consumption, wastage, shortages, damage and site storage; raise replenishment requirements in advance.

· Maintain daily progress reports, measurement records, inspection requests, snag lists, drawing mark-ups and records of site instructions.

· Coordinate protection of finished floors, joinery, glazing and fixtures; ensure housekeeping and protected movement of materials.

· Support snagging, defect rectification, final cleaning, as-built information and handover documentation.

Pay: ₹380,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
