Job Description – Site Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with 2–3 years of practical experience in building construction and site execution. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to supervise daily construction activities, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Ensure construction work meets quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor RCC work, brickwork, plastering, finishing, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labourers, architects, and project managers.
- Check material requirements, usage, and availability at the site.




- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and construction standards.
- Monitor work progress and resolve site-related issues.
- Assist in quantity estimation, measurements, and billing.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Experience in site supervision, quality control, and labour management.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time and meet project deadlines.

Ompee Tower 2, Plot No. 29, Sector 1, IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
