Job Description: HR Executive – U.S. Logistics & Trucking

Morvi Global is an India-based offshore outsourcing company providing dedicated operational and staffing support to Morvi Logistics, which focuses on U.S. trucking dispatch and fleet support.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who understands the U.S. trucking and logistics industry and can help us build a strong, reliable team at our Gurgaon office.

Key Responsibilities

- ⁠ ⁠Manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S. trucking dispatch, logistics operations, and other business support roles.
- ⁠ ⁠Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates with relevant trucking and logistics industry experience.
- ⁠ ⁠Understand the requirements of U.S. trucking dispatch operations and identify suitable candidates.
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- ⁠ ⁠Support employee engagement, performance management, retention, and grievance resolution.
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with management to plan hiring requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
- ⁠ ⁠Monitor new employees during their initial period and coordinate feedback with the operations team.
- ⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain effective recruitment pipelines for dispatchers and other logistics professionals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- ⁠ ⁠2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in U.S. trucking, transportation, logistics,



or a related outsourcing business.
- ⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of U.S. trucking dispatch operations and the roles involved in the industry.
- ⁠ ⁠Experience recruiting dispatchers, logistics coordinators, operations executives, or similar profiles.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong communication, interviewing, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
- ⁠ ⁠Good organisational skills and proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- ⁠ ⁠A proactive, responsible, and results-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- ⁠ ⁠Candidates with previous experience in a U.S. trucking dispatch company, logistics BPO, or offshore logistics support organisation will be preferred.
- ⁠ ⁠Should understand the difference between general recruitment and hiring candidates specifically for U.S. trucking operations.
- ⁠ ⁠Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
