Job Overview

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist to connect with potential clients, understand their property requirements, and identify suitable options from the properties available with us. The role mainly involves tele calling, collecting client information, matching requirements with available properties, and forwarding qualified leads to the respective team for further action.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Contact potential clients through phone calls and understand their property requirements.
- Collect basic details such as budget, preferred location, property type, and buying or rental preferences.
- Understand whether clients are looking for residential or commercial properties.
- Check available properties for sale or rent and match them with client requirements.




- Share matched client profiles and property details with the respective team for further follow-up.
- Maintain accurate client records and update call details.
- Follow up with clients to confirm their requirements and identify suitable property options.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

Eligibility and Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with telecalling and regular follow-ups.
- Ability to understand client needs and identify suitable property options.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-management skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about the real estate industry.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000.
- Salary will be based on interview performance, relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
- Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the fixed salary.
