We from Precision Pro team looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us for the role of Event Coordinators.

Job description shall emcompass

Sourcing vendors and updating the data base

Vendor Managament & Ensure vendors deliver services as agreed

Coordinate with vendors in ensuring seamless arrangments pertaining to venue, decor and entertainments and technical support etc.,

Create detailed event schedules and ensure smooth transitions between activities.

Troubleshoot issues quickly and ensure the event runs as planned

To assist in event setup at the venue.

Ability to multitask

attention to detail

Time Management - prirotize tasks & meet deadlines effectively





Quick thinking and creative solutions for unexpected challenges.
