Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our real estate projects, and schedule property site visits. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a robust focus on achieving business targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make daily inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain property details, project features, pricing, and payment options clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule a minimum of 5 property site visits per week, as per assigned targets.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate customer information, call records, and follow-up details in the company database or CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and field teams to arrange site visits and customer meetings.
- Submit daily call reports, lead updates, follow-up status, and site-visit details to HR/Management.
- Work towards assigned daily, weekly,
and monthly lead-generation and sales-support targets.
- Ensure professional communication with customers and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow company guidelines and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Good verbal communication and customer-convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries, objections, and follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to coordinate with sales teams and maintain daily reports.
Performance Expectations
- Meet the assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain consistent follow-up activity.
- Achieve the target of 5 site visits per week.
- Ensure daily reports are submitted on time.
- Maintain accurate customer records and demonstrate measurable progress toward assigned targets.
