A hospital in Vijayawada is seeking an experienced HR Executive with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The selected candidate will support day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, onboarding, and HR documentation, while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and applicable employment regulations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Familiarity with HR policies, employment documentation, and applicable labour regulations.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.




- Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave details, and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and employee data with the payroll or finance team.
- Address employee queries and support day-to-day employee relations.
- Coordinate induction programmes, staff training, and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor compliance with hospital HR policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, staffing, and employee records.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing requirements and workforce planning.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure accurate HR documentation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
