We're a 60,000 sq. ft. facility on 4 acres with 52 luxury rooms and 2 specialty dining outlets, offering comprehensive wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.

About Job role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the financial operations of our wellness retreat. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, monitoring income and expenses, and ensuring timely financial reporting and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting transactions, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor guest billing, retreat packages, wellness services, receipts, and refunds.
- Handle vendor payments, purchase invoices, and expense verification.
- Monitor departmental expenses, budgets, and cost control.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS,



and other applicable statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with Finance manager, operations, HR, and external auditors.
- Maintain proper financial records and internal controls.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience; hospitality or resort experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software and MS Excel.
- Solid analytical skills, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.

Salary: 20,000 -25,000
Location: Chennamangallur, Mukkam, Kozhikode
