About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and responsible Social Media Marketing Intern to manage our Instagram presence, capture engaging office moments, and create content that reflects our company culture. The ideal candidate should have an eye for creative storytelling, an interest in social media trends, and basic video editing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Instagram Reels & Content Creation: Shoot Instagram Reels, capture office activities, employee moments, celebrations, and team events.
- Instagram Account Management: Assist in managing the company’s Instagram account, including uploading posts, Reels, and Stories.
- Content Calendar: Plan and maintain a content calendar in coordination with the team to ensure timely content creation and posting.
- Creative Editing: Edit videos, Reels, and images using Adobe Photoshop or other video/photo editing applications.
- Trend Research: Identify trending audio, Reel formats, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to the company.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with team members to develop engaging content and execute planned activities.
- Task Ownership:



Take responsibility for assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure consistent content delivery.
- Engagement Monitoring: Track basic Instagram performance metrics and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement.

Skills & Requirements

- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- Interest in social media marketing, Instagram Reels, and digital content creation.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting, photography, and editing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and/or any video editing application.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with a team.
- Organized, proactive, and accountable for assigned tasks.
- A portfolio or sample Reels/videos, if available, will be an advantage.
