Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, along with experience in sales, client handling, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Reach out to potential clients and pitch the company's services.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to propose suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects, negotiate deals, and convert leads into sales.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and client communications.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain client databases, sales reports, and follow-up records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads, handle clients, and close deals.
- Proactive, confident, and target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000, depending on experience and skills.
