Job Purpose

Fuselage Flying Club Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Telecaller to manage student enquiries and follow up on leads for its educational courses and drone training programmes. The role involves communicating with prospective students, providing course-related information, coordinating admission enquiries, and maintaining an organised follow-up process to support enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students using leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and other sources.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about courses, training programmes, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.
- Assess prospective students' interests and guide them towards suitable training programmes.
- Follow up with interested candidates to facilitate registrations and improve admission conversions.
- Maintain updated lead records, call outcomes, enquiry status, and follow-up schedules in the designated CRM or tracking system.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams regarding pending enquiries and registration requirements.




- Prepare daily reports on calling activity, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
- Meet assigned calling, follow-up, and enrolment targets.

Educational Qualification

Any degree from a recognised institution.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in spoken English and Malayalam.
- Positive telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including email, spreadsheets, and data entry.
- Ability to explain course information clearly and handle student enquiries professionally.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups systematically.

Experience

0–1 year of experience in telecalling, admissions, customer service, or sales. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply. Experience in the education or training sector will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on qualifications, communication skills, and relevant experience.
