Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Robotics Trainer to conduct engaging, hands-on robotics and STEM training sessions for students as well as online classes for adult learners. The candidate will teach robotics concepts, guide practical projects, and help learners develop technical, programming, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct robotics and STEM training sessions for students.
- Take online robotics classes for adults, including aspiring trainers and learners interested in developing robotics skills.
- Teach robotics concepts, electronics, sensors, motors, and basic programming.
- Guide learners in assembling, building, and troubleshooting robotics projects.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and training materials for both online and offline sessions.
- Deliver interactive demonstrations and practical project-based learning activities.
- Monitor learners’ progress and maintain training records.
- Handle robotics kits, tools, and equipment responsibly.
- Conduct online workshops and support robotics competitions and school training programmes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in robotics, coding, and STEM education.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Robotics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of robotics kits, sensors, motors, electronics, and basic programming.
- Practical experience in robotics projects and troubleshooting.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging online classes and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Comfortable teaching both children and adult learners.
- Basic knowledge of online teaching platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Arduino, LEGO Robotics, Scratch, block-based coding, or similar robotics platforms.
- Prior experience in robotics training, online teaching, or STEM education.

Experience

Freshers with strong technical knowledge and practical project experience may apply. Prior experience in robotics training or teaching adults online will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
