We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and Workday HCM processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assessing, designing, modifying, and supporting integrations while collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess existing Workday integrations and identify separation requirements for NBCU and Sky.
- Design, develop, and modify integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, CCW, APIs, and XSLT.
- Support payroll, perks, identity management, and third-party system integrations.
- Perform impact analysis and provide integration solutions for business requirements.
- Coordinate SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, reconciliation, and validation activities.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
- Support cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-production monitoring.

Required Skills & Experience

- Workday Integration + Workday Studio Certification (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM Business Processes.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors (CCW), APIs, and XSLT.
- Experience in integration impact analysis and troubleshooting.
- Strong exposure to testing coordination, stakeholder management, and vendor communication.
- Experience supporting payroll, benefits, and identity management integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on large-scale Workday transformation or separation programs.
- Exposure to end-to-end implementation, migration, or carve-out projects.
