We are looking for a target-driven Sales Manager to onboard used car dealerships as OTRC distribution partners, drive policy sales, and expand business through robust dealer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and activate used car dealerships.
- Conduct product demos and train dealer staff on the OTRC platform.
- Drive daily policy issuances and achieve sales targets.
- Build dealer relationships through regular field visits.
- Track market trends and ensure KYC and documentation compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of experience in used car sales, B2B sales, or channel sales.
- Strong understanding of dealer networks, dealer economics,
and RC transfers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and CRM tools.
