We are seeking a creative, results-driven professional to fill the dual role of Poster Designer and Digital Marketing Executive. In this role, you will lead our visual branding efforts by creating impactful promotional posters, banners, and digital assets, while simultaneously managing our online presence. The ideal candidate possesses a robust artistic eye and a solid understanding of how to drive engagement, generate leads, and optimize ad spend across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Graphic & Poster Design: Conceptualise and create high-quality posters, digital banners, social media creatives, and brochures that align with brand guidelines.
- Social Media Management: Maintain, curate, and publish content schedules across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor paid marketing efforts using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to boost lead generation.
- Multimedia Content: Edit basic marketing videos, shorts, and reels to align with trending social formats.
- Performance Tracking: Analytics-driven performance tracking of reach, conversions, and customer engagement metrics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
