Key Responsibilities

- Provide production support for the Okta Workforce Identity and Access Management (WIAM) platform.

- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle activities.

- Configure and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

- Handle password resets, account recovery, and access-related issues.

- Analyze Okta system logs and troubleshoot login and authentication failures.

- Understand and support Okta Global Session Policies and Application Sign-On Policies.

- Monitor authentication issues and coordinate with engineering and security teams.

- Handle IAM support tickets and meet operational SLAs.

- Assist with application onboarding and identity integrations.

- Support SCIM provisioning and user lifecycle management.

- Maintain technical documentation and follow IAM security best practices.
