Job Description:

We are hiring French-speaking professionals for an international BPO process in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries in French.
- Provide support through calls, emails, and chat as required.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow process guidelines and achieve performance targets.

Requirements:

- French C1 certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of international BPO experience.
- Excellent French communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA, depending on experience and language proficiency

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
