We are looking to hire a creative, customer-focused, and results-driven Interior Designer with a strong understanding of interior design and a passion for sales and client relationship management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing design solutions that meet client requirements, managing client interactions, preparing design proposals and cost estimates, and supporting projects from the initial consultation through execution and final handover.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Technical Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings based on client requirements.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits to support sales and understand project requirements.
- Resolve technical issues during the sales and project execution stages.

Sales & Client Management Responsibilities

- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable design solutions.
- Convert leads into confirmed projects through effective design presentations and negotiations.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and design presentations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Upsell design solutions, materials,



and additional services.
- Coordinate with internal sales, procurement, and execution teams.
- Handle client feedback, design revisions, and approvals professionally.

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge

- Strong knowledge of interior design principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and modular systems.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong costing and BOQ preparation skills.

Sales & Soft Skills

- Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or design consultation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Target-driven and results-oriented approach.
- Professional attitude with strong follow-up skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in residential interiors, furnishing, or commercial interiors.
- Experience working with premium furnishing or luxury interior segments.
- Prior experience managing end-to-end projects, from sales and client consultation to execution and handover.
