Your work profile:

- We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Manager to lead SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) engagements for domestic clients.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end SAP implementations, business process consulting, stakeholder management, solution design, and project delivery across manufacturing and quality processes.

SAP PP Responsibilities

- Lead blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP PP solutions.
- Configure and support: Demand Management, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, Batch Management, Repetitive Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing (PP-PI), Optimize production planning and manufacturing execution processes.
- Support month-end closing activities related to production and inventory.

SAP QM Responsibilities

- Lead SAP QM design and implementation initiatives.
- Configure and support: Quality Planning, Planning,



Incoming Quality Inspection, In-Process Inspection, Final Inspection, Quality Notifications, Non-Conformance Management, Vendor Quality Management, Audit Management, Certificate Processing, Define quality control and quality assurance processes aligned with business requirements.
- Support regulatory and compliance-driven quality processes.

Integration Responsibilities

- Manage cross-functional integration with: MM (Procurement & Inventory), SD (Sales & Distribution), PM (Plant Maintenance), EWM/WM (Warehouse Management, FICO (Finance & Costing), MES and third-party manufacturing systems, Ensure seamless end-to-end manufacturing and quality processes.

Project & Delivery Management

- Lead SAP PP/QM workstreams across implementation, rollout, migration, and AMS engagements.
- Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Review functional specifications and oversee development activities.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and hypercare activities.
- Ensure delivery quality and adherence to project governance standards.

Stakeholder Management

- Engage with Plant Heads, Manufacturing Leaders,



Quality Heads, Supply Chain Leaders, and CXO stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor for manufacturing transformation initiatives.
- Provide recommendations on process optimization and digital manufacturing strategies.
- Drive client discussions and executive-level presentations.

Team Leadership Responsibilities

- Manage and mentor SAP PP/QM consultants.
- Support resource planning and capability development.
- Conduct solution reviews and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
- Foster knowledge sharing across projects and teams.

Key skills required:

- 6-13 years Strong expertise in SAP PP and SAP QM modules.
- Experience in at least 3-4 end-to-end SAP implementations.
- Experience managing teams of 5-20 consultants.
- Exposure to large-scale manufacturing and process industry clients.
