Job Summary

GNH India is seeking a Purchase Executive with a pharmaceutical educational background and at least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical purchasing or procurement. The candidate will manage supplier sourcing, quotation comparisons, price negotiations, purchase orders, product availability, and procurement documentation.

Experience with oncology medicines, rare disease medicines, or specialty pharmaceuticals will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Source pharmaceutical medicines from reliable suppliers and distributors.
- Compare quotations and negotiate prices and delivery terms.
- Prepare, process, and track purchase orders.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely product availability.
- Maintain supplier relationships and procurement records.




- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product requirements and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate purchase documentation and reports.
- Support compliance with company procedures and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.

Requirements

- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or another relevant pharmaceutical qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant pharmaceutical purchasing or procurement experience.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and procurement processes.
- Robust vendor coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in oncology, rare disease, or specialty medicines is preferred.
