Experience: 10–15 years in real estate sales, including team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage the sales team and channel partners.
- Develop sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
- Generate leads, improve conversions, and drive site visits and bookings.
- Manage client relationships, negotiations, and collections.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
