- Patient history: Take detailed histories of new patients and document patient and donor information in the clinic's software.
- Patient counselling: Explain doctor-prescribed fertility treatments, including IVF, IUI, ICSI, FET and related investigations, in explicit and empathetic language.
- Treatment coordination: Coordinate consultations, investigations, follicular monitoring, treatment cycles and scheduled procedures.
- Medication guidance: Explain prescribed medication schedules and remind patients about follow-up visits and investigations.
- Patient follow-up: Communicate investigation updates and procedure timings under the clinic's protocols and escalate clinical concerns to the doctor.
- Doctor coordination: Keep referring doctors informed of patient progress when required and coordinate with the clinic's clinical and operations teams.
- Accompany consultants to assigned health camps and outreach programs, coordinate patient registration and consultations, collect patient details, promote fertility awareness, and ensure timely follow-up of patients at the centre.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
