Job Summary

Uttam Group of Institutions is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and creative Part-Time Faculty member to train students in Rangoli Making, Art & Craft, Decorative Designing, and other creative activities through practical, hands-on learning sessions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Rangoli Making: Teach students traditional, modern, floral, thematic, and competition-level Rangoli designs.
- Art & Craft: Conduct practical sessions on paper crafts, handmade decorations, DIY projects, and creative artwork.
- Decorative Designing: Train students in event decorations, festival decorations, wall art, floral arrangements, and other decorative items.
- Best Out of Waste: Encourage students to create innovative and helpful decorative products from recycled materials.
- Creative Workshops: Plan and conduct engaging workshops to develop students' artistic skills and creativity.
- Event Preparation: Guide students in preparing creative displays, decorations, and artwork for college festivals, competitions, exhibitions, and cultural events.
- Student Skill Development:



Identify students' creative talents and help them improve their design skills, artistic presentation, and practical abilities.
- New Creative Techniques: Introduce innovative art forms, trending craft ideas, and modern decoration techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good practical knowledge of Rangoli, Arts & Crafts, and Decorative Designing.
- Creativity, artistic sense, and knowledge of colour combinations.
- Ability to teach and demonstrate creative activities to students.
- Experience in conducting art workshops or creative training sessions preferred.
- Good communication skills, patience, and enthusiasm.
- Formal qualifications in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or related fields will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

A creative and energetic individual who enjoys working with students, has strong hands-on artistic skills, and can introduce innovative ideas to make college activities more engaging and visually attractive.

Working Hours: Flexible, based on scheduled classes and institutional requirements.

Remuneration: As per qualifications, experience, and agreed working hours.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
