Job Description:
Vani Advertising is looking for a smart, active Field Executive to support our back-office and outdoor operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling outdoor tasks such as delivering bills, collecting documents, and assisting in coordination between office and field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver bills and important documents to clients or vendors
- Collect invoices and other materials as per office requirements
- Coordinate between field and office staff
- Assist in minor outdoor-related tasks like checking display sites or collecting photos
- Support day-to-day operational tasks as assigned by the back-office team
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Noida and nearby areas
- basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication and responsibility towards tasks
- Should be comfortable with field work on a daily basis
- Two-wheeler is mandatory
