Hiring: Legal Associate | JuristechLegal & Partners

We are looking for an experienced lawyer for an in-house legal assignment. Work Location: Navi Mumbai

Working Days: 4 days per week

Eligibility & Experience

- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience as a lawyer.

- Valid Advocate’s Sanad is mandatory.

- Hands-on experience in corporate legal matters, contract drafting, vetting and negotiation.

- Experience in corporate compliance, statutory filings, maintenance of company records and regulatory compliance.

- Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, MCA filings, board and shareholder resolutions, minutes of meetings and corporate governance.

- Experience in reviewing commercial agreements, identifying legal risks and advising business teams.

Preference will be given to candidates who are qualified Company Secretaries (CS) along with a law degree and have practical experience in both legal and secretarial functions.

Candidates must have relevant practical experience in the above areas.



Lawyers with less than 4 years of experience and freshers are not eligible.
