Job title: Real Estate Manager/ Civil Engineer

Experience: 2-3 years

Infuse Workspaces is looking for a skilled professional to manage building maintenance, civil works, and facility operations.

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems of the building.

* Handle HVAC systems, including VRF/VRV air conditioning, AHUs and ventilation.

* Maintain electrical systems, LT/HT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS and power distribution.

* Oversee plumbing, water supply, drainage, pumps and water tanks.

* Monitor fire-fighting systems, fire alarms and safety equipment.

* Conduct preventive maintenance and resolve technical breakdowns.

* Coordinate with contractors, vendors and AMC service providers.

* Supervise technicians and ensure timely completion of maintenance work.

* Monitor electricity consumption and identify opportunities for cost savings.

* Maintain maintenance logs, equipment records and inspection reports.

* Support new office fit-outs and MEP installations.

Candidate Requirements:





* Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

* 3–7 years of experience in commercial buildings, corporate offices, malls, hotels or facility management.

* Practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems.

* Experience in handling contractors, technicians and maintenance schedules.

* Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements:

* Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

* 3–7 years of experience in commercial buildings, corporate offices, malls, hotels or facility management.

* Practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems.

* Experience in handling contractors, technicians and maintenance schedules.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Candidates with experience managing MEP operations in large commercial buildings

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
