- The movement, administration, and identification of product between areas.
- Should have positive knowledge in prepare of materials and tools.
- Reading and working to detailed Engineering Drawings and Customer samples.
- Deal with variety of materials and medium & small batch work.
- Working to tight tolerances to create components for a range of industrial sectors.
- Operating CNC Mills advantageous like editing, setting, offsets and programming of Fanuc Control.
- Conforming to the inspection and daily paperwork requirements
- The General housekeeping of the machines and all surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience would be preferable.
- Confidence in their work, and keen to learn more skills, machines,
and controls.
- Must be a proactive team player, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Machining to tight tolerances.
- The necessary skill set to work within a team environment or individually.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Able to read and produce components from engineering drawings.
- Good communication, operational and organizational skills.
- Ensuring that quality and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
