- Routine Repairs & Maintenance: Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC tasks.
- Preventive Maintenance: Support scheduled checks on facility systems and machinery to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Work Orders & Requests: Respond to daily maintenance requests submitted by different departments, tenants, or staff.
- Equipment & Facility Upkeep: Carry tools, set up or move furniture, unblock sinks, replace light bulbs, and perform general cleaning or groundskeeping tasks.
- Safety & Compliance: Report major damage, hazards, or safety violations to the supervisor and follow local infection-control or safety rules.
- Administrative Support: Log completed work orders, keep track of tool inventory, or coordinate with external service vendors as instructed.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of hand/power tools and foundational mechanics, plumbing, or electrical systems.




- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk for long periods, bend, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment or supplies.
- Communication & Teamwork: Good interpersonal skills to take instructions and report issues clearly to supervisors and occupants.
- Organization: Basic time-management skills to juggle multiple minor repairs and keep work areas tidy.
- Education & Experience: Typically requires a high school diploma, 10th/Plus Two equivalent, or 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a facility, hotel, hospital, or maintenance setting (though entry-level/fresher roles are also common)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
