REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years petrol pump / fuel retail experience
- Experience handling cash, stock (dip readings) and staff
- Basic computer / billing knowledge
- Hindi and Marathi

WORK

- Run daily pump operations and shifts
- Match stock, sales and cash every day
- Fuel orders and tanker unloading

We run a BPCL retail outlet in [Kalamboli], Mumbai. We need an experienced, honest and responsible Manager to run the pump day to day. We want to fill this position immediately.

Responsibilities





- Run daily pump operations across all shifts
- Prepare shift schedules and supervise pump attendants, cashiers and other staff
- Check tank stock (dip readings) and match it with sales and meter readings
- Plan fuel orders with the oil company and be present at tanker unloading
- Collect, count and bank cash daily, and keep digital payment (UPI, card, fleet card) records correct
- Keep daily sales, stock, credit customer and expense records up to date
- Follow the safety rules for the outlet: fire safety, no-smoking, spill control and emergency procedures
- Deal with customer complaints politely and quickly
- Keep the forecourt, toilets, air/water facility and equipment clean and working
- Coordinate with the oil company officer, inspectors and service technicians
- Send the owner a daily report on sales, stock and cash

Requirements

- At least 3 years’ experience at a petrol pump or fuel retail outlet, with some time in a supervisor or manager role
- Knowledge of cash handling, stock reconciliation and basic accounts
- Basic computer skills (Excel, billing / POS software, oil company dealer portal)
- Able to lead a team and handle shifts and staff problems firmly and fairly
- Fluent in Hindi and Marathi. English is helpful.
- Honest, punctual and willing to work flexible shifts
- Must live in or near Mumbai
- Graduation preferred, but experience matters more than degree

Preferred

- Experience with an oil company dealer portal
- Training in fire safety or forecourt safety

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
