Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.

- Follow up with leads, understand customer requirements, and convert prospects into sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- A positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools will be an advantage.
