Educational Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Experience Required: Min. 2 years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field
Shift Timings: 2 Shifts
11:00 AM 8 : 00 PM & 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Cab Facility: No
Work Schedule: 6 Days/week

Specific Skills: Looking for Soft Service executive with strong communication skills and proven expertise in managing corporate building environments.

Role Overview
Reports to AFM/Facilities Manager; on-site point of contact during shift for stakeholders and clients.
Handles site rounds, helpdesk calls, HK & M&E; briefings, and daily reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Support Facility Management team operationally and administratively.
Administer SOPs for soft services; ensure timely reporting.
Conduct site audits, floor walks, and track defect closures.
Manage HK, Dispatch, Pantry, and Cafeteria staff training and attendance.
Oversee consumables stock, inventory, and vendor coordination.
Handle billing, invoicing, and liaison with client finance team.
Coordinate boardroom bookings and VIP/client visit arrangements.
Conduct facility rounds; coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, and Maintenance.
Manage Helpdesk, Front Office, and Mailroom operations,



including rosters and escalations.
Maintain logbooks and ensure daily FM sign-off.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in facilities, property management, or hospitality.
Knowledge of H&S; regulations, vendor management, and basic M&E;/BMS systems.
Strong communication, people management, and budgeting skills.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a strong team player.
