Position Summary
This role requires a strong hands-on practitioner who can independently own and deliver end-to-end integration solutions.
Required Experience
- 5–6+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Workday integration projects
Mandatory Skills
- Workday Studio
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Core Connectors (HCM, Financials, Payroll, etc.)
- Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
- XML, XSLT, and JSON
- Good understanding of Workday HCM, Finance, and Payroll modules
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical integration designs
Preferred Skills
- Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar integration technologies
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Own and drive Workday integration design, build, and deployment
- Develop and maintain integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
- Collaborate with onsite teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues proactively
- Ensure high-quality delivery with minimal supervision

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a global delivery model (onsite-offshore coordination)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
