Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our client's team in the digital marketing and media industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting in-person meetings, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

This role is suitable for candidates with good communication skills who enjoy meeting people, developing business relationships, and working towards sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits and direct interactions.
- Visit businesses and meet owners, decision-makers, and prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable digital marketing and media solutions.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, negotiate, and help close sales.
- Develop current business opportunities and acquire new clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.




- Maintain records of client meetings, follow-ups, leads, and sales activities.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, business development, or a related role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales may also apply.
- Good verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in approaching new clients and conducting face-to-face meetings.
- Strong persuasion, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for client visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Interest in digital marketing, advertising, and media services is an advantage.
