Experience B2B sales and business development experience

looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager with B2B sales and business-development

experience. The candidate will generate recent business, develop corporate and industrial clients, manage the sales

pipeline and achieve revenue targets for assured electricity bill reduction solutions and electrical services.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop B2B business opportunities across commercial, industrial and institutional customer segments.

 Identify and approach factories, hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, banks and other potential clients.

 Promote electricity bill optimization, APFC panels, energy monitoring systems, tariff optimization, electrical audits and annual maintenance contracts.

 Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, channel partners and corporate meetings.

 Conduct client meetings and coordinate technical presentations and proposals.

 Manage the complete sales cycle,



from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiations and order closure.

 Lead and monitor the sales team, assign targets and review individual performance.

 Maintain CRM records, sales reports, pipeline updates and monthly target-achievement reports.

 Build client relationships and coordinate with project and technical teams for execution.

 Travel across Maharashtra as required for client meetings and business development.

Required Qualifications & Skills

 Proven experience in B2B sales and business development is mandatory.

 Strong client acquisition, negotiation and closing skills.

 Team handling and sales-target achievement experience preferred.

 Experience in electrical products, energy management, industrial products or technical services is an advantage.

 Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.

 Must be comfortable with field sales and client travel.

 Good communication, presentation and reporting skills.
