Job Description: Hospital Business Development Associate

Job Summary

Responsible for increasing hospital revenue, developing referral networks, building relationships with doctors and corporate clients, and promoting hospital services to improve patient footfall.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop relationships with referral doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and other hospitals.

2. Meet general practitioners, specialists, and consultants to promote hospital services.

3. Develop referral networks for OPD, IPD, ICU, laboratory, pharmacy, and other hospital services.

4. Identify opportunities for corporate tie-ups, insurance partnerships, and health check-up packages.

5. Conduct field visits and maintain regular follow-ups with referral partners.

6. Coordinate with doctors, hospital administration, and marketing teams to improve patient referrals.

7. Achieve monthly business development and patient referral targets.

8. Prepare daily visit reports, referral reports, and monthly performance reports.

9.



Organize medical camps, health awareness programs, and promotional activities.

10. Monitor competitor hospitals and identify recent business opportunities.

Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline; healthcare or management qualification preferred.

* Previous experience in hospital business development, healthcare marketing, or medical representative roles preferred.

* Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Willingness to travel for field visits.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Number of active referral doctors.

* Number of new referral partners acquired.

* Patient footfall generated through referrals.

* Revenue generated from OPD, IPD, diagnostics, and other services.

* Corporate tie-ups and medical camps conducted.

* Achievement of monthly business targets.
