We are an IT and AI development company that builds software and AI solutions for businesses. Our sales team is growing, and we want someone who enjoys meeting clients in person and winning deals.

About the role
You will find, meet and win business clients for our IT, AI and SaaS solutions. You will own the sales cycle from first contact through demo, negotiation and closing. You will work closely with our founders and our product and engineering teams.

What you will do

- Find and approach B2B clients through field visits, calls and networking
- Present and demo our IT, AI and SaaS solutions to business decision-makers
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
- Prepare proposals and follow up with clients
- Keep lead and deal records up to date in the CRM
- Build long-term client relationships and find upsell opportunities

What we are looking for

- 3 to 6 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, software development, SaaS or fintech
- Proven field sales experience with regular client visits in a target-driven role
- A secure career record,



with at least 2 years in a previous organisation
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Comfort explaining technical solutions to business owners and decision-makers
- Immediate joiners or those with a short notice period preferred
