Key Responsibilities

- Schedule, dispatch and monitor drivers and shipments.
- Coordinate pick-ups and delivery times to meet customer and operational requirements.
- Communicate with drivers regarding schedules and delivery instructions.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety policies and company procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, updates and service issues professionally.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum Graduation required.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Previous dispatching experience can be an added advantage.

Working conditions

- May require shift work, weekends or on-call availability.
- Office based role with frequent phone and computer use.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
