Job Description – Legal Officer | Vastu Vihar – TBCPL

Job Location: Bihar & Jharkhand

Headquarters: Bodh Gaya, Bihar

Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹8 LPA (based on experience, legal expertise, and interview performance)

Role Overview

Vastu Vihar is seeking an experienced Legal Officer to manage legal matters related to real estate, land acquisition, land reforms, RERA compliance, and civil property disputes across Bihar and Jharkhand.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle land acquisition, land reforms, land records, title verification, registration, mutation, and other property-related legal matters.

- Ensure compliance with applicable RERA regulations, real estate laws, and statutory requirements.

- Manage civil litigation, property disputes, court proceedings, and legal documentation.

- Represent the company before competent courts and relevant authorities, subject to applicable authorization and professional requirements.

- Draft, review, and vet legal notices, agreements, sale deeds, affidavits, contracts, and other legal documents.

- Coordinate with external advocates, government departments, revenue authorities,



and regulatory bodies.

- Identify legal risks, maintain case records, and provide timely legal advice to management.

Eligibility & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate law, land matters, and civil litigation.

Professional Requirement: Valid enrolment with the State Bar Council and eligibility to practise before the relevant courts.

Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of RERA, land reforms, property laws, land revenue regulations, and civil litigation procedures.

Preferred: Experience handling real estate legal matters in Bihar and Jharkhand.

Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, research, case management, and court-handling skills.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
