Senior Salesforce Quality Analyst JOB DESCRIPTION Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Quality Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce QA, test automation, API testing, and Salesforce platform capabilities. The role involves working in a cross-functional environment with business groups, IT teams, end users, Salesforce.com, and third-party vendors to understand business processes and ensure high-quality Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage the collection and implementation of business process requirements for Salesforce.com. Work in a cross-functional setting with various business groups, IT teams, and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes. Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business units and end users against defined business requirements, as required. Maintain and enhance visual layouts, workflow rules, and business logic to streamline business processes and improve the user experience.Support the implementation and integration of third-party products and applications on the Force.com platform. Work with IT, Salesforce.com, and third-party vendors to support the smooth operation and performance of the platform. Create and execute queries and reports and support the maintenance of user roles,



security, and profiles. Maintain key system metrics to track trends in usage, adoption, and data integrity. Train end users and prepare supporting documentation, including: Business requirements ,Training materials, Process and data flows, Use cases, Functional designs etc. Participate in cross-functional teams and communicate key messages or address critical questions from the CRM user base, as required. Required Qualifications & Skills 5-7 years of QA experience, including: 4+ years of test automation experience 3+ years of Salesforce QA experience Strong automation framework development skills using JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java. Solid understanding of testing methodologies. Strong experience with API testing. Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and SQL. Good understanding of Salesforce: l Administration fundamentals l Object model l Security and sharing l Flows l Integrations Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or relevant QA certifications.
