Looking for a candidate who have experience as barman in Local bar hotel

Responsibilities and Duties

- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Prepare cocktails and mocktails according to standard recipes.
- Take orders and serve drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.
- Check and maintain beverage stock and inventory.
- Handle billing and payments accurately.
- Ensure proper storage of beverages and bar equipment.
- Follow hotel policies, liquor laws, and safety procedures.
- Handle guest complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the bar supervisor and other hotel departments.
- Report stock shortages, wastage, and equipment issues.
- Complete bar opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain personal hygiene, grooming, and professional conduct.
- Follow instructions from the Bar Supervisor or Food and Beverage Manager.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Have knowledge for how to serve liquor to the guest
