- Manage daily service department operations and ensure smooth workshop functioning.
- Achieve monthly service revenue, labour sales, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Supervise service advisors, technicians, and other workshop staff.
- Monitor workshop productivity, technician efficiency, and repair quality.
- Ensure timely vehicle servicing, repairs, and delivery to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution of service-related issues.
- Coordinate with the spare parts and warranty departments for smooth service operations.
- Monitor job cards, pending vehicles, repeat repairs, and workshop performance.
- Ensure compliance with Tata Motors service standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance to improve employee performance.
- Monitor service reports, expenses, and departmental profitability.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and implement measures to improve service quality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
