Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes strategizing and overseeing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration efforts with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration process. The engineer plays a key role in enabling organizations to leverage both private and public cloud technologies to achieve innovative and future-ready outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and execution of cloud migration strategies to ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise and performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align migration activities with organizational objectives and timelines.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Migration Planning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Automation DevOps.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and architecture principles.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance cloud solutions.
- Experience in assessing legacy systems and planning migration pathways.
- Familiarity with both private and public cloud platforms and their integration.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Cloud Migration Planning.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
