We're looking for a Customer Relationship Executive with experience in insurance sales or underwriting. The position is based in Technopark, Trivandrum. In this role, your conversations directly shape how clients across the globe choose and understand their coverage.
You'll be working with clients from different countries, so clear spoken English is essential, and Hindi is a robust plus for the mix of clients you'll be handling. Alongside your own client calls, you'll also be managing a team, which means the way you explain things and handle tough conversations sets the standard for how your team does the same. Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our insurance offerings
- Explain insurance coverage options, benefits, and premiums to clients
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable plans
- Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in our CRM system
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey information over the phone
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
