Job Summary

BEAT Education is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and promote the company's educational programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients, institutions, and business partners.
- Promote educational programs, software solutions, and certification services.
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, and other business development activities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and institutions.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.




- Conduct presentations and explain the benefits of the company's services.
- Achieve business development targets and maintain regular reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to meet clients and travel when required.
