Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, business development, and promoting IT products and services while working alongside our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in generating leads through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Contact prospective clients and support initial client communication.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant IT products and services.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Follow up with prospects and help schedule client meetings.
- Maintain lead databases, sales trackers, and CRM records.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
- Support customer follow-ups and relationship management.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Interest in IT sales, software solutions, and business development.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and client relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn sales techniques, CRM tools, and IT solutions.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and time-management skills.
